A vegan bodybuilder and personal trainer from Aylesbury has revealed her secret to battling coronavirus.
Vegan bodybuilder, personal trainer and instagram star, Tracy Kiss has revealed her secret to battling coronavirus - as the lockdown in the UK begins to ease back to a more normal way of life.
Tracy was thrust into the public eye a few years ago when explaining how she beats the Flu - by drinking sperm smoothies. That's right, you do not need to adjust your eyes. Sperm smoothies.
Now, in 2020, when things couldn't get any weirder, Tracy Kiss has let us in on her secret to keeping coronavirus away. And yes, it's sperm smoothies.
In a post on Instagram, which I've linked below if you're interested in the recipe (gulp!), Tracy explains how sperm is"nature’s very own free multivitamin, vegan-friendly, free from additives and preservatives, beautifully fresh and in plentiful supply" - and also claimed it could fight off early symptoms of coronavirus.
However, before you jump straight in, be aware that in a previous interview with The Sun in 2019 regarding using sperm in her beauty regime, qualified nutritional advisor Tracy said: "There's no scientific evidence whatsoever that drinking sperm will stop flu. Plus, depending on where the semen comes from, you could be at risk of catching viruses including HIV and Ziku.
"Semen does contain a lot of zinc compared to other bodily fluids but not in comparison to a vitamin tablet or food."
Editor's note: please please please speak to a doctor before you start consuming sperm because you believe it beats coronavirus.
Posting on Instagram in May 2020, Tracy explains: "I have been consuming semen for years and love the health benefits of daily vitamins and minerals, it’s also a natural antidepressant and helps you to sleep better whilst boosting the immune system.
Prevention through good health is far safer and cheaper than seeking pharmaceutical treatment once you are overcome with sickness - why allow yourself to get ill in the first place? Build a strong immune system instead! Semen is something that the majority of us have probably tried at least once yet throw away on a regular basis without knowing that it is actually very good for you."
If you're not keen on watching the video, I'll explain.
Mother-of-two Tracy told her followers that she used a spoonful of donated sperm and added it to her smoothie each morning.
"It can taste really good – depending on what my friend has been eating. My other mates think I’m strange, but I don’t give a toss." Tracy explained, when it first came to light she enjoyed the unusual ingredient in her beauty and beverage routines.
Now in 2020, Tracy has hit headlines once more by claiming her current boyfriend's semen helps her to keep coronavirus at bay and has claimed the ritual has kept her flu-free for three years.
