A mum has invented the 'best invention ever' after sharing a clip of her wine flap face mask on social media. Video below.
Emily Rumbold wanted to give people a bit of light relief during this tough time we're living through by sharing her custom made face mask made from a used baby wipes dispenser she'd repurposed.
With face masks becoming compulsory in an assortment of places in the UK on Friday, one mum shared her custom design on TikTok and it quickly became a hit.
I make the point of her being a mum because only mums would think to use an old baby wipes container in this way. Superb.
I must point out though, that although this flipping cool and absolutely genius. The face mask should not have any cut out points otherwise it sort of defeats the object. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, guys.
Australian Emily has gone global with her invention, and although not permitted for use in shops, it's great for use in the home to practice wearing a face covering, should you need some training.
Originally shared in a Facebook group for fans of Aldi supermarket (nope, me neither), Emily then uploaded it to TikTok where it currently sits on over 850 likes and has generated 85 comments.
One TikToker (I think that's the term) said: "Omg this is the best invention ever no joke👌👍", while another added: "Omg, This is exactly what I need. 😂😂😂😂😂"
